The club was formally re-established and a board of Directors was elected.
A team was entered in the Over 50 division for the first time ever.
A team was entered into the GPSL again, which is the open age division.  It was made of players that are CVHS alumni and several that are HSC legacy players, Brian Taucher, Mick Wissel, and Adam Gazda.  The team was managed and coached by Mike Wissel and Craig Drinkhall
A women's recreational league was formed with four teams and conducted a spring session.
A tradition event, the annual married men versus single men game, was resurrected and held on July 4, 2006, with the married team winning 4-3 in double overtime.

2006 marked the return of the annual Married men versus Single men game. Former tradition held the game on New Year's Day.  The new club decided to go with July 4th.  It was a rainy day, but 16 hearty souls braved to cold and wet to have a worthy game for the inaugural event.  It is hoped the event will grow larger every year.

HSC again sponsored a CVSA youth team in 2006-2007 season.  This year the club decided to name the sponsorship HSC Ladies Soccer in hopes of getting the word out about our ladies Rec league.
